1. Introduction By accessing this website and making payments for programs (including the NGL experience), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations.
2. Program Enrollment and Payments
  • Fees: All fees for the NGL experience or other Centre programs are disclosed prior to payment.
  • Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in Currency USD/Euros.
  • Payment Portals: We use secure, third-party encrypted payment gateways. Centre does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy 
  • Administrative and enrolment fees are non-refundable and you would be charged 5% of the total cost.
  • Cancellations and withdrawal are made 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a 75% refund.
  • Dispute Fee of 200 Euros would be charged, without informing the centre of the Cancellations and withdrawal.
4. Intellectual Property The content, logos, and educational materials provided on the centre website are the property of the Centre and are protected by copyright laws.
5. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Switzerland.
